ICSU WDS Template Agreement
The International Council for Science (ICSU) World Data System (WDS) constitution states that "Upon entering into the WDS, the new facility must sign an appropriate agreement addressing key issues defined by the WDS Scientific Committee with ICSU." This agreement is a declaration of the intention of the candidate facility to contribute to the ICSU WDS as a Member.
