AGU 2019 Fall Meeting
The 2019 Fall Meeting of American Geophysical Union (AGU) will be held on 9–13 December 2019 in San Francisco, California. Join the largest international Earth and Space Science meeting in the world as AGU marks its Centennial in 2019 by returning to San Francisco, the home of Fall Meeting for more than 40 years. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in Centennial presentations and special events that will bring to life the past, present, and the future of our science.
The World Data System of the International Science Council is co-convening the following session at the AGU 2019 Fall Meeting, which focusses on the trustworthy capabilities and services worldwide that enable sharing and long-term use of open data in all scientific disciplines. Provision of such capabilities fosters new studies and new data products and services, whilst instruments such as the TRUST Principles, certification, and policy development can contribute to system improvements, as well as increased user expectations.
